Fall season cascading into winter.
This was an unusual wedding cake, requested for a bride who wanted Fall leaves and snowflakes as her theme and chose burgundy and cobalt blue as her colors.
All 4 tiers are Strawberry cake with strawberry fruit filling which made a very pretty cut cake. Cake is covered in White chocolate fondant with fondant leaves and gelatin leaves. Snowflakes are molded Isomalt from molds I made myself.
Topper is not one I would have chosen for this cake, but it was what the bride and groom wanted, so who am I to say.LOL
All and all...not my favorite cake...but they were very happy with it and that's what counts.
