This was my second fondant cake attempt. I had an extrea set of hands with my best friend over here to help. This was a two layer lemon cake with cream cheese icing. The marshmallow fondant was flavored with organic lemon extract. I was very pleased with how it came out!

Unfortunately the image quality is terrible as I took it on my camera phone. :o(
