I made this for my nephew's first birthday. This is the third cake I've made and quite a learning experience. The shoe and leg are RKT covered with buttercream. The head and hand are styrofoam covered with buttercream. I tried the head with RKT and it was too heavy (kept falling apart). Even the styrofoam head was heavy and fell over. I had to do some quick fixing with hubby's help before the party!
