Kenny and the Dragon

This is the cake that I did for the Decatur Book Festival on September 5th. They had seen my “Where the Wild Things Are†cake entry in the Edible Book Festival in March and wanted me to do a centerpiece for their Author’s reception. I made this cake based on the book by Tony DiTerlizzi called “Kenny and The Dragonâ€. Everyone loved it. I meet a lot of Tony’s friends at the reception. They were taking pictures with the cake and sending them to Tony. I was very honored by the amazing reaction to my cake that night.
