This was my first wedding cake. I was getting soo frustrated that my BC would not get smooth. I tried every method that I've ever used in the past. It was super humid here today, so I"m hoping I can blame it on that! Bride wanted absolutely no fondant on her cake, so it is all BC with satin ribbon. The bride wanted her anniversary tier to be separate from the main cake, and has a Wilton topper to put on it. TFL!
