Jungle Cake
This was a cake that I made for my daughter's 3rd birthday. Her only requirement was that it had to have jungle animals on it. It is Devil's Food cake with caramel filling with buttercream icing.

Just precious !!!
I used plastic pillars and taped them together with duck tape. I taped them to go in different directions so that my trunk would not be straight up and down. Then I just covered them in buttercream icing.
