Ok so I did this for a wedding, what a mess from the designing it with the bride to be to delivery (there was a tornado the day we met to design her cake I should have known it was going to be bad). Any how the bride didn't want fondant for her icing she wanted mostly buttercream with fondant accents. The day I delivered this it was 100 degrees. The room where they were having the event was just as hot. Even after I asked them to turn the air on they never did. Needless to say the top tier did decided to come off what a diseaster. I had to return to the venue while reception was going on to fix top tier. Then after all that the bride tells me after we made up the contract and she signed it that her flavors where wrong....but they were exactly what she picked out. Man I should have ran when the tornado touched down when we met....right!!!! Any how thanks for looking!
