I just finished my Wilton fondant and gum paste class. My bosses wifeâs birthday was the next day so I made it for her. After seeing some of the cakes in the class book, I could not get the idea of a B/W cake out of my head. I tried to talk my hubby into it but he did a great orange marbled cake.
