Fiesta Birthday cake for a coworkers Grandma. Had a disaster - the ruffles pulled the icing off the side of the cake after it was done. I had remove the ruffles and the sides and repair it (left the top on). Turned out ok I think in spite of the repair - buttercream isn't smooth like I wanted. I used bit and pieces of many cakes I looked at to settle on this. It's margarita cake with margarita buttercream and lime curd filling.
