Your letters are perfect. Are they royal icing traced from a stencil and then placed on top of the cake once dried? If not, how did you get them so perfect?
anabelz01 9/2/09 at 12:59am
Hi huys, the letters are made using the tappit cutters, if you've not used them before they can be a bit tricky, but when you get the hang of them make nice sized letters!
zuckerblumen 9/2/09 at 3:21am
Hello anabelz01, you have done a fantastic job congrats, please tell me what cutters did you use for your messages? TIA. :D

Ok guys here is a few links to the tappit cutters on Global Sugar Art - I personally bought mine off a supplier on ebay this is the link for capital letters (...) and this is the link for the lower case letters (...) you can also get script and a funky style text as well. They are made by FMM and are best used with Gumpaste - Lorraine McKay (aine2) does a great tutorial on Youtube on how to use them!

ok links didn't work but if you type in tappit cutters into the search on Global Sugar Art then they will come up!
