My 21st Birthday cake! I love sex and the city so I kinda did the design based on that. The only tiers that are real are the two bottom ones. So I will try to explain this design, the cake sizes are 12,10,8,6 and in between each of those tiers is a 3inch deep foam block covered in fabric the sizes of these are 8.6. and 4inch. The flavors of the cakes are chocolate and vanilla filled with butter cream then covered in ganache, then everything is covered in fondant. The city was made out of gumpaste (learned a couple lessons making it), the heart and the starts and balls at the top are also gumpaste. I am really happy with how this turned out!
