A 21st BDAY cake..made at the last minute as I had two cakes due on the same day..which for a newbie is too much work. This is a special cake for a girl who has been thru a terrible health crisis this spring and deserved a fun funky cake to celebrate in style. She wanted bright colours so I used purple,yellow,green,etc..It is fondant with gumpaste accents. I love the funky cutters but have a hard time getting them to work so I added glitter dust over the letters to cover the not so perfect letters.
