This is my first time to post one of my cakes. I never have felt that any of mine looked good enough to compare to the great cakes I see on CC...but I decided to post this one and see what others think. I started learning to do cakes about ten months ago because I wanted to be able to make my grandson's birthday cakes. So here it is, his 2nd b-day and I made the cake. The 6" top is carrot with cream cheese icing. 8" is butter recipe with strawberry filling and BC icing. Square 10" is chocolate with BC. The leaves, name, zebra stripes and the #2 are fondant. The little animal heads are sugar lay-ons and the big animals are soft rubber. I got the idea for this cake from a recipe from Country Kitchen Sweet Art. Thanks for looking...I hope you like it.
