This is a yellow cake with a cherry,pineapple, pecan filling.......butter cream. Helmets and fire hydrants are of fondant. My brother is a firefighter and one of his dear firiends was retiring after 29 years. He was surprising him with a "dessert party" at the station with many other desserts. tfl
