Freehand chocolate lace covering cakes. 6, and 9 inch squares. Not sure where the original lace design is from (a bride brought in a picture, and this was based off of the cake made for that bride). Cakes are iced in Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Borders and lace are Dark Chocolate Ganache. Fall '08
