Here is my course 2 finale cake. It's mint chocolate cake with mint buttercream for the base icing, basket weave and border. If you make fences, keep in mind the top of your cake carrier may not fit... half way home, I realized my cake board had slid most of the way off of the carrier base because the top wasn't there to hold it in place!
