I made this for my brothers 27th birthday, I baked 2 8in cakes for the buns and one 8in cake for the patty. For a textured look on the patty I frosted and rolled the chocolate cake in crushed up Oreos. The lettuce, onion, and cheese is fondant.....this cake was really fun and went pretty quick.
