I made this back in April for my course II class in Wilton. These were my first royal icing flowers, which I had so much fun doing. The cake, however didn't turn out as I had hoped for. When I had finished doing the rope border, the sides of the cake started falling down along with the border. I tried to repair as best I could, my 4 girlfriends that came to visit me that next day, loved the cake. Thanks for looking.
