I made this cake with a shorthorn cow on it for my father-in-law, who raises that breed of cattle. 9" round French vanilla with vanilla buttercream filling and icing. I've been practicing and practicing with Sugarshack's smoothing techniques, and this is the first cake I'm actually pleased with!
