This cake was created for the 2009 Cake and Sugar Art show of Arizona. All the roses, carnation and leaves are made out of gum paste, as well as the box to the right of the cake and all the beads in the boarder are hand rolled. I did not place in the cake show, but I did very well for my first time. I am very proud of this cake!!
