thank you girls :). I made the template using my own shoe. First I traced it onto cardboard and cut it. And then use it as template on rolled fondant. Hope it helps.

how did u made the box... ? wat r the dimenstions?

The box just made from rectangle cake ( double layers). The dimension was the same as real shoe box. Or depends on how many serve :) hope it helps.
