Everything was going wrong for this cake. The cake I tried to bake came out in pieces, the MMF was hard as a rock and the buttercream was really runny after adding WAY more sugar. It took 13 hours with all those problems and I still wasn't really happy with it. I couldn't get the crown to work on it's own so I made a RK cake to support it. Any suggestions on any of these problems would be great so I can learn from them. Thanks.
