In album: pumpkin
This is a sculpted pumpkin I did in class today. I took it with Alimonkey. Talk about a GREAT class. Anyway, hers is much cuter than mine, but I learned a ton. I'm definitely going to have to practice my fondant. The color is airbrush.

Thank you all so much! Bronwen Weber taught the class and she was teaching us how to do the pumpkin she did on the Spooky Challenge that was on Food Network last night. Of course, hers was much more elaborate and professional, but I had a great time and learned alot. She is my hero. Anyway, thanks again.

you did a wonderful job keep up the good work, how did you make the witches hat
gdixoncakes 10/25/05 at 8:52am
Thank you so much. The witches hat was sculpted out of three 6" cakes and then covered in fondant and airbrushed. The brim is a cake board bent up and flexed in order to look softer, then covered and fondant.
