Tote-ally naughty

This was my first attempt at carving a cake. I got this idea because my puppy has chewed up 2 pairs of my sandals. The flip flop is made out of gum paste, the dog is covered in buttercream with fondant eyes and nose, and the bag is covered in fondant.
