I made this quicky cake for my Physical Therapists birthday. The Big yellow balloon is filled the others are just Rainbow chip white cakes. Of course, hand painted Butterflies and flowers you all know I love to do!! Al of it resting on RKT ( she didnt want too much cake) Sorry about the bad lighting~ it was actually a very bright and fun cake
