This is a two tier (8 " square and 6" round) western themed birthday cake. It is iced in buttercream with marshmallow fondant accents. This cake was a lot of fun to make! I used candy molds to help shape the hat, boots, horses, and horseshoes. I made the hay bale from cake and fondant. Yee haw!
