I did this cake for my daughter's 5th birthday tomorrow and she wanted Scooby Doo in Hawaii. Everything is edible except for the surfin Scooby, palm trees, surf board and doll pick on top. Each layer is a different flavor, the flowers and hula girls are gumpaste, the rocks are RKT, the board is covered in blue chocolate.
