Thanks Everyone! This cake is iced in buttercream. I cut templates out using my Cricut machine and used them to cut that shape out of fondant with an exacto knife. I piped the bottom border and grasses. I used black coloring and a small paint brush to paint on some of the smaller details like the birds..

i dont have a cricut machine. Any other ideas on how to get these pictures

the orange. Was it brushed on or sprayed? what do you think would work better.

to Candice0402 - you could print any image that you find on line out on card stock and cut it out to use as a stencil. then put on top of the fondant or gumpaste and cut around it with a exacto knife. I used a dry paint brush to put the color on.
