I made these cupcakes for a friend and her son as a little surprise sweet. I hung them on their front door handle with a note to the son not to eat them until his Mum got home from work. He obliged; left them on the kitchen table and went out. When they got home a hour later, only the leaves were left - the dog ate them! For what it is worth, they are gingerbread with white ganache.
