This was a surprise cake! The bride and groom didn't have plans to have a cake or reception for their informal wedding. So I surprised them with a cake for their wedding gift. It is buttercream covered with marshmallow fondant with royal icing for the piping and roses. My first wedding cake (and maybe only - I just do this for fun) ... and I had a great time with it!
