This is a very large cake for an annual party with over 150 people. The theme this year was the Wild Wild West. Town buildings are stryofoam covered in fondant. 100 cupcakes make up the cupcake cake (white cake with lemon filling). Corral is made of pretzels and chocolate. Town plaque (a play on their name) is fondant on pretzel rods. Cactus are fondant. Dry Stream are chocolate rocks. Rest is plastic kids toys. Cake balls are assorted flavors (choc, choc/white, and red velvet) - some topped with dyed coconut to look like tumbleweeds.
