I thought it a bit odd that my 3 year old requested a pink castle but relieved that it was so easy to make! the only problem i had was that the swiss roll turetts kept falling over! so i smothered them in butter icing and held in place with cocktail sticks!! Used massive amount of butter icing which I later found out Kacie doesnt like!!
