This was made for my mother-in-laws 60th birthday. Bottom layer was red velvet cake covered in fondant and gumpaste accents. Top layer was vanilla cake filled with a vanilla custard and fresh strawberries. Was also covered in fondant and topped with gumpaste roses. This was my first attempt at gumpaste roses and gumpaste in general. I have to say, this stuff is great! I wish I had started using it earlier.
