The brides only guidelines were... "I want 3 tiers....white BC with some kind of visual texture to it....ASOLUTELY NO FLUFFY PIPING! ...and some sort of greenery because it's to be a garden wedding, but NO FLOWERS!.... um..ok. this is what I came up with. The bride loved it. 12" and 6" tiers are white chocolate coconut cake with white chocolate coconut filling. 8" tier is dark mocha cake with white buttercream filling. Fern fronds are J. Dontz's chocolate clay, dusted with a bit of gold luster dust.
