I made this cake for my mum's 65th bday. She loves gardening and I had been wanting to make this cake for ages. The main cake is milk chocolate fudge with a chocolate coconut ganache filling. The flower pots are white chocolate mud cake. Made the dirt out of crushed Tim Tams and dark chocolate. Grass is BC, the rest is fondant. Thanks to Manna4 for her great cake that gave me the idea!!
