This was a buttercream cake with a fondant overlay. My BC was too thin so it didn't stay on too nicely, but it managed to make it to the shower in one piece. Unfortunately, the dragonflies did not. It was my first attempt at making them so I obviously did something wrong. But the mother-to-be liked it so that was good. The design was taken from the baby's room. TFL
