I have not made a basket weave cake in a while...but this is what my mom wanted to take to her doctor as a thank you.....It is an oval cake....lemon cake, raspberry mousse filling (yum)...with wedding bouquet flavored butter cream. Flowers were some royal, roses were fondant, some other flowers are fondant. I love yellow, purple and white combo. tfl
