Gerber Daisy Cake

This is an 8 in round cake approx 4 in high. It is gluten free, made with the Betty Crocker mix. It took 3 boxes. Covered in fondant with Wilton frosting piping. This was for my brothers wedding in AZ, I live in CA. I drove the cake covered in fondant there on ice. When I got to the hotel, all the fondant had slid down the side. Was up until after 1 am in the hotel room redoing it all for the 11 am wedding!
