Chocolate and yellow cake with fondant. I wanted to have a rice crispy treat Elmo on top ofthe cake. That didnt work I had him covered in buttercream fur and he started to come apart. I took the frosting off tried everything I could to save him. It didnt work. I guess the humidity got to him. I delivered this cake to Florida (1st time having cake there) Elmo didnt make it. But I'm glad everything else did. TFL
