A customer loved the 1st cleavage showing belly cake I did but wanted it in baby blue w/a white polka dotted brown bow. Her theme included teddy bears so she wanted a small bear on their somewhere. This is what I came up with. She loved it! 3-D ball pans for "boobs" and 2 - 10" rounds for belly carved down & all covered in fondant. TFL =)
