how did you make the mickey head did you use a pan and if so which one? cake is awesome

Awesome job, I did a cake like this with the head made out of rice crispie treat, did you have a lot of issues with the head an arms staying up, I did. Can you give me any tips on how you made it work and stand up? Thanks.

Thanks! I did you a pan for his head. It is discontinued now. I found mine on ebay. The head is made of white chocolate and details are piped on RI.
