Going away cake for a close friend from South Africa who's lived in the US for 15 years and is taking a year to go back to SA. Cappuccino chip cake with mocha buttercream. (which got very droopy and melty during transport, but no one seemed to care - they loved it). Inspired by countless, perfect suitcase cakes here on CC. All Fondant accents, flags and luggage tag were drawn on fondant with edible markers. Only non-edible item is the ribbon holding the tag.
