This cake was made to mimic pictures I was given of a Gazebo... For a 90th B/day party held under the very Gazebo... The roof is Devils food cake, torted with Hershey's chocolate icing and iced in buttercream icing...the platform cake is lemon supreme with lemon flavored icing. The cake stand was made by hubby, and I made the brick work out of sugar paste icing, the gable is made out of sugar paste and fondant icings. the roof and bring work is highlighted with dusting powders. The flowers are made from royal icing.
