This is my first cake from Wilton Level 1. It almost killed a perfectionist such as myself to have to do the rainbow in under 15 minutes (including the piping gel transfer). At least I got to finish the border at home. It had been raining for almost a week, which explains the name of the cake. (And wouldn't you know - it stopped raining the next morning!)
