This was for my daughter's first birthday, I was pressed for time so the buttercream is not as smooth as I would have wanted it. I tried the Wilton Giant cupcake pan, but couldnt get it to bake properly, I used 2 6" rounds for the base of the cupcake and the top of the wilton pan for the rest, the cupcake is sitting on 9" rounds :)
