DC/Marvel Superhero Cake

This was for my son's 5th birthday party, which I was crazy enough to invite 17 superheros to! It is a 3 layer cake covered in fondant with fondant and gumpaste accents. The bottom layer is a DC superhero theme. Middle layer is a Marvel superhero theme. Top layer is dedicated to the birthday boy. The five is made out of gumpaste, the rest is fondant and the superheros are laminated on wire. The inside of the cake is dyed blue and has a yellow buttercream icing filling. Everyone absolutely loved it!!!
