Made for a 21st in the style of a princess castle. All cakes are sponge filled with jam and butter cream. The bottom tier is an 11 inch square, middle tier 6 inch round and top tier is a 4 inch round. The towers are Swiss roles covered in fondant in keeping with the rest of the cake. The vines are piped butter cream and flowers are again fondant. The top turret is an ice cream cone smothered in butter cream and rolled in Pink sugar.
