This was a 3D butter cake with strawberry buttercream filling covered in fondant. All details were hand painted. One of our first attempts at 3D cakes, proportions were a little off but trying to accomodate to get to a 10 piece serving, very small birthday party. The birthday boy and his mom were overjoyed with it, so I guess it was a winner.
