this was my first attempt at ANYTHING fondant. I wanted to get the feel for working with it before I attempted an entire cake.... I cheated and used the canned whipped white frosting,.. only because it is so yummy it almost tastes like marshmallow! It also worked as a great 'glue' for the fondant! The cake is the BEST chocolate cake in the world!
