Hello Nelson, sorry for the late reply, but I was on vacation with no email access. To make the cake, you can use a form of princess cake for the doll's body and a mini-cake for the head. The only part that will have to be carved is the head, making an vertical and horizontal cut on the mini-cake and then gradually carving it to give the face a more rounded shape. Explaining through words is a bit complicated, if you have any additional question, please feel free to ask.
